If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will provide a
solution. Whether you are a new or returning customer, your
satisfaction is our priority. You may email us with any question about
your item, such as chain adjustment or cuff bracelet sizing. The answer
may resolve your reason for returning.
Returns:
- Returns are accepted up to 30 days from date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Include reason for return. A Return Mailing Label and a Return
Authorization Slip to go inside return package will be emailed to
you. We do not offer free returns. Postage fee is not included. - After your returned item has been received and inspected, you
will be refunded via your original payment method. This may take
up to 14 days from the date you mail the item back.
Exchanges:
- Direct exchanges are not offered. Please follow the above
protocol for a refund to your original payment method, and place
a new order.
